New Capper for Stelvin, Long Cap and other Closures
KTM-Troxler, Model No. TV 2000
Affordable German Engineering for small wineries and mobile bottlers.
With this machine you can practically cap and seal anything: all types of screw caps, including Stelvin and Long Cap, natural and synthetic cork, Vino-Seal, etc. The capper can easily be integrated into an existing bottling line or can be used as a self standing unit with manual bottle feed. Different bottle diameters can be fed into the capper without the need for additional components. Bottle height and diameter can quickly and easily be adjusted to suit your requirements. The Stelvin/Long Cap configuration of this machine, TV2000STEL/LC features a top quality industrial capping head with an integrated pneumatic cylinder for secure sealing. The caps are automatically isolated and fed to the capping head. Due to the small foot print and the rapid and uncomplicated disassembly of the conveyor belt and sorting unit, this machine is ideal for small wineries and mobile bottlers. A combination of several different closure types can be quoted upon request. Optional attachments include extensions for drive- and turn stations, as well as conveyor belt extensions installed at bottle entry and exit.

Capping Automation for Screw Caps and Other Closures from Dr. Datz Beverage Machines Company
Models VS 3 – VS 16
This high speed capping machine is designed for capping and sealing of bottles with Stelvin or Long Cap screw caps and since its introduction has quickly become the work horse for many bottlers in Europe. It features from 3 to 16 capping heads with a capacity of 7,500 bottles/h to 40,000 bottles/h. With an extremely robust construction, the machine features stainless steel panels throughout which can quickly be removed for easy access to the drive components. Machine performance is infinitely adjustable due to the frequency controlled main drive unit and can be synchronized with the speed of the filler. All machine configurations, VS 3 – VS 16 can process bottles of 100mm to 350mm in height. All Datz machines enjoy the reputation of having one of the best performance records in the beverage industry with virtually zero down-time.

Sorter-Placer for Screw Caps
KTM-Troxler Model TSL
Nominated for the Innovation Award at the 2007 Intervitis Show in Stuttgart, our
latest contribution to capping engineering is a sorter-placer for Long Caps and Stelvin that combines the loading, positioning and placing of the screw caps in one compact unit.
You simply dump the shipping box of screw caps (1,100-1,800 pieces) into the hopper and the machine separates them, orients them and places them with pin point accuracy onto the bottle in a safe and careful manner. An integrated compact positioning and sequence controller controls all active feeding and placing functions and can optionally be programmed for even additional process steps, like nitrogen sparging. Integration of the unit into existing conveyor systems and capping machines is accomplished by using a KTM-quick-change-over-console with integrated height adjustment and is independent of any external control signals, bottle transport screws or bottle stars. With a maximum capacity of up to 3,000 caps per hour the KTM Sorter/Placer is the ideal solution for the operation of single head capping machines.Due to the ever increasing demand for alternative closures in the wine industry, the main
focus of Krueger Wine Tech soon turned to screw cap closures and the respective capping
machines, capping heads and bottling line automation.
In 2006, Krueger Wine Tech partnered with MALA Verschluss Systeme, GmbH, a European manufacturer of high quality screw caps for wines and spirits. A medium sized, family run business, MALA has made a name for itself worldwide due tys a world-wide reputation of unsurpassed design and engineering excellence coupled with superior product quality and top-notch service to the customer.
